For these services, our responsibility ends as soon as the contract is signed first months rent and security bond is transferred to the owner, minus our fees. This is ideal if you are based in the same country and are able to manage your own rental.

Standard Rental Service

This includes all the above steps to market your property and vet your tenant plus:

• Management of rent collection and utility bills on a monthly basis until the end of the contract term
• Property check at the end of the rental contract. You must provide an inventory in order for us to be able to do this effectively. We can draw this up for you as an additional service if required. 

Premium Rental Service

This comprehensive service is ideal for absent or overseas landlords who are not able to manage their own rental unit or any landlord that simply does not want to get involved in the day-to-day dealings with their tenants.
