Costacalidaonestop was established in 2015 and has been under the ownership of Gary and Karen Jolly since 2023. In 2022 they also acquired a long term rental business (longtermletspain) in  Spain .  In 2025 both businesses were amalgamated and now solely operate under the business name of Costacalidaonestop .

They have over 25 years experience of managing property and tenants in the UK for charitable organisations and therefore transferred their skills and customer service experience to their new life and career in Spain when they emigrated in 2022.

They had been visiting the area for the past 15 years and now live in the locality along side their extended family, enjoying the sunshine and living the lifestyle that the Costa Calida Coast can offer.  They are adequately equipped and knowledgeable to provide information for those looking to retire here in Spain or those people who may wish to purchase a holiday home.
