Holiday Properties for Rental</p>
Costa Calida One Stop and Longtermletspain act as a managing agent for the property owners.
We will act as a third party to oversee any issues during your stay and confirm initial arrangements and booking confirmations, liaising with the owners.
All properties are registered with the Murcia Tourist Board. We endeavour to ensure that all information is current and the photographs reflect the current state of the properties being let.
We regularly visit the properties to ensure standards are maintained. We will be your direct contact during you stay.

All our properties are self catering.  Bedding is provided and towels. All properties have washing machines to facilitate washing of laundry should your stay be longer than 1 week.
Beach towels are not provided.
1 x Toilet Roll and handwash is provided. Toiletries and Cleaning products are not provided for the duration of your stay as self catering, cleaning equipment such as brushes, mops, cloths and tea towels are provided in order that you are able to leave the property in a reasonable standard.

Should you require a welcome pack of food items/beverages or other essentials we can arrange this for your arrival.

A Cleaning fee is payable on top of all rental costs.  This varies depending on property please see listings .

Damage waivers of 250 euros are payable in cash on day of arrival.  This is refunded pending no damage has been identified at exit. >

We maybe able to offer airport pickup from Covera airport for our guests only. Sorry we dont provide the service from Alicante,
